Dude, you awake? It's like 11 PM but I literally just finished playing The Grand Heist Adventure and I cannot sleep. My brain is still buzzing. Remember that description someone sent us? The one about "The Grand Heist Adventureman" rising up and protecting a balloon from shurikens with a shield? Man, that was SO wrong, it's like describing a fancy steak dinner as "cooked cow meat." Technically true, but completely missing the point.
This game is actually about being a super clever thief, like in a movie. Not just some dude floating up. You're trying to pull off these crazy elaborate heists. Like, the first one, you gotta get into a bank vault called "The Dragon's Maw." I was expecting some basic puzzle, but no. You have to scope out the place, listen to guards' patrol routes, figure out which cameras are broken. I spent like twenty minutes just watching the patterns before even moving! And when I finally snuck past the first laser grid, there was this little *clink* sound when my character landed, and it was so satisfying. I didn't even realize I'd been holding my breath.
It's not about fighting stuff at all, it's about being smart. Like, there was this one part where I needed to get past a guard, but he wouldn't move. I remembered I had this little remote control car thingy, so I sent it rolling down the hall, and it made him turn his head. Then BAM, I was past him. I felt like a genius, seriously. Your brain actually works in this game. I usually get bored with puzzle games, but this was different. It’s like Ocean's Eleven meets a really tricky escape room, but your the one doing the escaping, with all the loot.
I looked at the clock and it was 1 AM, I swear I only started an hour ago. I even told my cousin Mike he needs to get it. It's really, really fun. You actually feel like a master thief, not some guy with a shield protecting a balloon. They do something different with this game, it just feels fresh. Maybe it's just me but I think your gonna love it.
