Agent: Lethal Pursui
About Agent: Lethal Pursui
Dude, you are NOT gonna believe this. It's 11 PM and I literally cannot sleep because I'm still thinking about Agent: Lethal Pursui. Remember how Mark told me it was like, "You play an elite agent, grab powerful weapons, destroy enemies with precision shooting, hide behind crates"? He made it sound like every other shooter game ever, just a bunch of 'pew pew' and hiding.
Honestly, that description is so wrong it's like calling pizza "baked dough with stuff on it." Like, technically true, but it misses EVERYTHING. I finally played it tonight and holy crap.
So, I started it up, expecting to just run in guns blazing, right? And the first stage, it's called 'The Silent Approach' or something. I'm in this old factory, kinda dark, and I see a guard. My instinct was to shoot him, but then I noticed this little blinking light on a console. I messed with it, and it turned off a bunch of lights, plunging the whole area into shadow. And the guard, he didn't just stand there, he started *looking* for the source of the power cut. It wasn't about shooting, it was about *thinking*.
I spent like, an hour on that first part, just trying to figure out how to get past this one brute with a heavy vest. I tried shooting him, nope. Tried sneaking, almost got caught. Then I saw these big ventilation shafts near the ceiling, and it clicked! I climbed up, crawled through, and dropped down right behind him, like a cat. There was this super satisfying *thunk* sound when I took him down silently, not with a gun, but with a gadget. It was so good!
It's not about the guns, man. It's about being clever. It's like an escape room mixed with a spy movie, but you're actually *in* it. Your constantly figuring out how to mess with the environment, distract guys, use weird little tools. Like, there was this one part where I had to hack a security camera, but instead of just turning it off, I made it replay a loop of an empty hallway, so the guy in the control room thought everything was fine while I snuck past. So smart!
I don't usually like stealth games, they always feel kinda slow. But this was different. It felt urgent, like your actually in danger. I looked at the clock and it was 3 AM, I was supposed to be in bed hours ago. I even told my cousin Mark about it already, he loves puzzle stuff, I think he'd really get it. You HAVE to try it. It's not a shooter, it's a *thinker*. And it's really, really fun.
